help with super-bikes...?

Please help me choose a superbike.
there are two websites. the first one is minipocketbikes.com, and usapocketbikes.com please help me choose from the:

X18-R Nitro Super Bike

OR

R32 Intraceptor Super Bike

Which one of these would you pick? The price really doesnt matter its only about 40$ difference, and And if i was caught riding this on a street, and a cop pulled me over, would i get it taken away or just a warning.. i live in EVANS, NEW YORK (DERBY, NEW YORK)

I live in buffalo and I know evans cops are bad news, go through there all the time, they are strict as hell. A nice one might just give a warning but a d**K would prolly take it. Careful tho, those bikes are soo small many people wont see you very well...
