I been trying for hours and im not kidding hours, To see how to do this effect for sony vegas pro 9. Most people that maker fandoms on youtube use this and its very simple but very catchy and I really want to use it.
The effect starts at 0:01 and ends at well its through the whole video.
If you dont know which one im talking about,Im saying the effect that makes pictures go up and down and side to side really quick and make the next picture show right away.Does that sound confusing?
I would like it if you rather gave me a link to a tutorial on how to do it rather than just telling me on here.
