Help with sony vaio VGN-CR220E webcam is not working please tell me what to do?

I installed windows 7 professional on my laptop and now my webcam wont work. i tried it with skype and youcam..... webcam is built in. i use to have vista home premium

i asked this question befire, and someone said this website had it but where to go is the question
