It says if I use a USB-B (mini) adapter to attach to the computer I can retrieve pictures from my computer files and put them on my digital frame and save them there. So I bought a 5-in-1 USB Adapter kit that has the mini B adapter and my computer won't recognize the input in my computer, I went into my computer and it's not there either. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this up and running?
