I purchased a Samsung Messenger Touch Screen from Ntelos. It did not come with a USB cable or software. I purchased a USB cable from Amazon, but still no software. When I hook up the USB cable, it says that the hardware is detected but the drivers can not be installed because it is unable to find them. I went to Samsung's customer support page. The manual is there for download, but no software. I clicked on the question from another user that says "can not upload pictures to my PC?" I followed the instructions. That works fine until I get to the part about dragging and dropping the photos to the PC. When I go into the photo gallery, it gives me the option to transfer via bluetooth, but not USB. What am I doing wrong? Is there some place I can get software to get the computer to recognize the phone. Thanks for any help.
