Help with social skills, frustration, and anxiety?

I am a very nervous person. I am pretty sure I have (GAD) generalized anxiety disorder (and, yes, I know that I would have to be diagnosed by a professional to know for sure) I am in high school. I am anxious all the time. I have a lot, I mean A LOT, of sleeping problems. I have a really hard time falling asleep. I can't shut my mind off. I wake up a lot in the middle of the night. I don't usually dream, but when I do it's often a nightmare. I am constantly frustrated. Not for a particular reason, I just am always frustrated. Frustrated and irritable. I have a lot of trouble with social skills. I just don't know how to talk to people. And I cannot keep a conversation going. I'd really like to work on becoming less frustrated, less anxious, and more social.

Oh, and I realized recently that I don't trust anybody. Is that from the GAD?

So, if anybody has some tips for help with these things, I'd appreciate it! Thanks for help!
