Help with SD card!

I just purchased a Palm T|X for college however im having problems with my SD card formatting. I go to card info and it recognizes the card. It says Card: SD512, Type: Secure Digital Card, Size: None. The size part confused me, and then when I went to format the card it reads "This card cannot be formatted." I also cant access the SD card with the Palm Quick-Install software. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. This thing is about 5 minutes from getting returned.
 
Check the switch on the side of the SD card. If it is locked, you cannot format it.

Read Chapter 27 in the user guide for more details. I would also suggest that you download FileZ which is a free anduseful program for managing files on the PDA and the expansion card.
