How do plants survive with salt water?

How do they survive underwater???


sorry i have a science test tomorrow and i get EVERYTHING except for plants and surviving underwater.

plants survive in salt water because they have a cuticle surrounding their leaves, so they let in water but not salt

they survive underwater for the same reason. . . . and they get oxygen from the water

and don't live very long

seaweed doesn't count
