I live in Canada and have a phone with rogers. (and a SIM card) i really want to buy my friend's samsung m540 (rant/slyde) for telus but i am unsure if i will be able to use it on my rogers network. if i get my phone "unlocked" whatever that means, will i be able to use it on rogers?
