i got my samsung genio on saturday and i was trying to get up were you can get a password for your pictures so you need a password to get on it and this thing about passwords and that i only have a certain amount of times left and i never knew it so now its coming up enter a puk code 8 out of 9 tries left and i dont know what it is and it wont let me go on my phone until i have entered it i have tried taking the battery out but it wont work please help !!!!!!! :| xxx
