On my juke, I changed the NAM setting from nam1 to nam2, and now my phone locked itself up, and I put in my 4 digit code, that doesn't work. The employee at verizon said that to unlock my phone, i need the last four numbers of the nam2 number, but how do I get that number? The only number I know of is the nam1, the default number my phone came with. Please help me! ASAP!
