I'll try to make this short. Okay, so I've had a Bell prepaid rumour phone for about 9 months now. I recently lost it, and I'm pretty sure it got destroyed by our snow blower. I went on the Rogers website and I really like the LG Pop. The options are "Phone and Plan", "Family Plan", or "Phone Only - No Term". I really do not want a plan, I am happy with the prepaid services. If I select the "Phone Only - No Term" option, does that mean I need a plan? Or can I use it as a prepaid phone? I live in Canada, btw.
