Help with rebuilding a computer (like parts and stuff?) ?

I have this old computer (Windows2000,) and I'm thinking about rebuilding it so it's all sexy and stuff. What would you recommend as far as motherboards, graphics cards, processors, and other things? Please leave information on where to get these wonderful parts, I would really appreciate it!
 
The only use you can get from a computer that old ,is to use it as a stool in the kitchen for the upper cabinets.
