What is the meaning behind this? I can't understand if it's her or her boyfriend that feels unrequited love.

Eyes wiser than mind,
Reveal emotions once blind.
For they that saw,
Predicted this flaw.
Incomplete but concealed,
Hopeless yearning now revealed.
Unanswered love forbidden,
Words and dreams are hidden.
Still my fate is undecided,
