I recently attempted to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 for Windows XP and Vista onto my (crappy) Windows Vista. During installation, before the process can begin, I receive a message saying "Error 1606. Could not access network location %APPDATA%\" If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this problem, please feel free to answer. Thank you.
