I've had this mp3 player for a few years. I recently got Rhapsody to put more music on it. When it updated, the songs that were already on my player aren't showing up in Rhapsody. Also, the songs on the player look like they are in chinese or something. Is there any way to restore the several hundred songs I already had?
The setting is changed to English already...The songs are still on the player. Its only on the "all songs" and "playlist" menus that have the symbols. The other menus just show all info as Unknown. And none of the music shows on the computer when its attached,
