HELP WITH PALM PRE PHONE INTERNET?

I have a Palm Pre Pixi . My internet does not want to work only when there is an internet connection around. I know I have service, my sister has the same exact phone and she is receiving normal internet connection. Any ideas on what i can do? Like resetting it? Help please.
