help with nokia c6-01?

c6-01 themes downloaded from ownskin.com are not getting applied and so the medical dictionary. medical dictionary is getting installed but i am not getting entire alphabets in keypad to type the word,it shows a,b,c letters but when i type it the letters start from p...and so i am not able to get words that starts from a to o
