Hey Everyone, I'm new here, but I need some help. I just bought an unlocked Nokia 6101 off ebay to use with my SIM card from Cingular Blue (Old ATT wireless). I got the phone in a T-Mobile pre-paid package, which is no problem, becuase the phone was unlocked and even though it says T-Mobile, I put my Cingular SIM card in and it works fine. The only problem is that I can't get wireless internet access. With my previous phone (a Motorola V600), I used ATT's M-Mode to get movie times, weather, download ringtones, etc. So I definitely have a subscription to wireless internet through the service provider, but because this phone was originally intended for T-Mobile, the only wireless internet software it has is called "t-zones," and anytime I try to access wireless internet throuh that, it says "no connection available, subscribe to GPRS first."
Can anybody give me some advice on how to get access to M-Mode or Cingular's current internet service? I feel like if I take my new phone which is branded with the T-Mobile logo into my local cingular store, they probably won't help me. Thank you!
