help with my wireless connection?

ive set up my talk talk wireless broadband and it works fine but every time i put the computer on, instead of being automatically connected i have to go thur the set up cd again, its the only way i can find to connect. theres no talk talk icon on my desktop. can anyone help me find a quicker way to connect? ive rung talk talk and they say the problem is my pc
