i've had this camera for ages now and i was just using it a few minutes ago but when i turned it off and on again it wouldn't take clear pictures. after it takes the picture it comes out all white with white lines going down. i tried to reset it but it is still there. i also tried changing the brightness with no luck. i've never had a problem with this camera before. it was just working and i never changed any settings.
