I have it connected to my Philips LCD tv (The model number is 32PFL3504D/F7 if that helps). Whenever I turn my Blu-ray player on, it lights up with "U72" (which I am assuming is a different format). My tv comes up with a message saying "format not supported". I've tried unplugging the cables and plugging them back in, but that didn't do much of anything. I don't know what else I can do! Help?
