okay, soo long story short..my pre screen is black..and it sometimes dims..but i cant see what im doin on the screen. before this happend,,i would need to put a ear pick thing underneath the slider so the screen light would stay on instead either dimming or going completely black. but now the screen light doesnt come on AT ALL! but when the screen dimbs..i can tough the phone app and it still vibrates..and when i throw it off the screen i hear the swoosh sound..well i want to know if i can go to sprint and lie saying how it randomly started doing this when i woke up one morning..keep in mind this is a refurbished palm pre. soo do you think they well send me another or give me another one for free??? please help! thanks.
