I got a Motorola Droid a few months ago, and I really enjoy it. But lately it has really been acting up. I have two separate issues.
1. It keeps erasing my contacts. Like I will try looking through my contacts for someone and it has deleted them without my permission. This has only happened twice.
2. Whenever I plug headphones into the jack, it starts playing my ringtone on a music player that I have never downloaded. It is so annoying that I erased all my ringtones and mp3s and everything just to get it to shut up. But the application still opened. So then, I deleted all my music related apps, and it STILL opened up when I put my headphones in! It doesn't have a name and is nowhere to be found in my application list. The problem has manifested to where it is now affecting the quality of the sound coming from my headphone jack on those rare occasions that I CAN listen through headphones. It makes a sort of static noise and sometimes only plays through one earpiece. If someone could help me with this irritating problem, it would be awesome.
