help with my mini dirt bike?

i have a 49cc mini dirt bike. something is wrong with it and i don't know what. every time i go fast it works, then when i slow down it turns off then i have to mess with the throttle to drive it again.
sometime if you go really fast it just shuts off.
i hate it, it took me about an hour to turn it on today, please help
