Help With my LG NEON?

I got this LG Neon GT365, im having so much problems on getting ringtones,getting on my msn,entering the internet and i havnt gone to a cellphone place because im trying to fix it , i've tryed searching for access point or changing to connetion but nothing works WHAT COULD I do ? or maybe i do do ot right !!! help me please! I'm on AT&T Go Phone plan my internet worked on my old phone...
