I have three computers connected (wired) through a router on my home network and a Playstation 3 (wireless) ...the first two computers and the PS3 have no problem loading pages online but the third computer is remarkably slow...it loads pages slower then a 56k.... ive done everything i can think of to clean up the computer and ran virus scans and updated drivers and everything....now i figured it might be my ethernet cable that was the problem because i spliced it and made it longer to reach the bedroom....i tested the cable and each end of the cable and wires talked to each other and it was fine ....i even took that cable and connected it to my PS3 and my PS3 was fine loading pages on the internet....but when that cable was connected to my computer itself the internet load pages really slow.......so the last thing i did was take the computer into the living room and attached it with a shorter network cable to the router and the computer was fine loading web pages...........i have no idea whats wrong..Checked DNS and everything was fine.....im lost

This question was typed on the slow computer....i have no clue why its loading pages so slow...the rest of the comupter is fine and on the performance tab the CPU Usages is normal and there arnt any programs in the background eating up memory usuage and right now im the only one on the network and its still slow.....if i went and used another computer or my PS3 i would have no problem online

....i tried to run a speed test with no avail ...... and i pinged diffrent websites through the command line and it keeps timing out before finnaly working..
