HELP!!!!! with my digital camera it's a sanyo vpc-s880?

my camera was working great i loved this camera but all of a sudden the shutter button won't take pics it turns on then when i push the shutter button it makes a beeping sound but won't capture the picture can someone please help me with this it never came with a warranty i bought it at walmart and they never offered me one so i would hate to spend another 100 dollars on a camera
