Ever since Catherine met Mike he had always stood by her side, for the good and the bad. Catherine watched as he paced back and forth. She knew she had no right to tell him to forgive her because had ever right to be angry. He sighed and crossed his arms, he didn’t want to look at her and just talking to her made him angry. She leaned against head board remaining silent.
It was too quiet for Catherine. “Say something Mike?”

“I don’t know.” He said coldly.
“Mike, I’m sorry.” Catherine said lowering her eyes again.

“I should have known someone like you can’t like someone like me.”
“What are you talking about?” Asked Catherine.
“I don’t have money!" Mike yelled angrily.
“No, it’s you I don’t like.” Catherine heard herself and realized how harsh she sounded.
“What?” Mike said laughing at her how cocky she was.
Catherine shook her head. “I didn’t mean it like that,” she said.
“I’m leaving.”
“Come on Mike we’re are not done here.”
Mike looked straight into her sultry eyes. “I don’t want to talk right now.”
