Help with my Android phone?

I have a motorola droid and the power button isn't working properly, so I am getting the phone replaced. My phone is rooted, but I can easily unroot it. My question is how do I transfer all the apps and apps data to another phone? Some apps are stored on my sd card from apps to sd. I don't want to reinstall all those 100 apps and loose my saved data from angry birds.
