Help with movie name!!

Can anyone help with the below.

In the mid to late eighties i remember watching a horror film about a teenage girl who turns into a killer. I was young at teh time and was scared stiff.

I don't remember much but there was a fancy dress party at a house i think and she kills alot of people there like beheading a guy in a guillotine (sorry bout spelling) and i remember a guy dressed as a bumble bee getting speared. That's all i can remember i'm afraid..

Any ideas?

No, not this or Carrie. It wasn't a massive movie but it was definately out in the mid to late eighties
