Hi,
I've been trying for about a month to make some sense of my tungsten t3, which I hot-synch with an iMac G-5. However, nothing that is sent to the SD card ever appears there, although the hot-synch captions indicate that it is. Actually, very little except for appointments and such makes it to either the handheld or the card. My "send to handheld" folder always has the same things in it. I wanted to put the t3 manual on my palm pilot, but even though I opened the pdf in adobe reader, and placed it to be sent, it never appears. If I try to resend some of these things, however, I get a message that it can't be sent because an item with that name already exists there.
Is it a problem that I'm using a 10.3.1 (I think) mac panther operating system to synch with it? I've read that this can cause problems. If so, is there a solution short of getting rid of the tungsten? Any alternative devices that might read cards more easily and do better with my mac?
Is there such a thing as pam on call support?
Thanks, Mike
