I have some photos that are in low resolution or low pixel and I would like to make them high quality so that the picture is clear as you zoom in on it. I'm building an art portfolio of different designs, wallpapers and logos for college and having trouble with the clarity of the photo itself. Anyways, I'm currently using an Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 (Editor) for the PC, and was curious if there is a way to raise the resolution enough to where its not blurry or pix-elated. If there is any photoshop tutorial on how to do this I would gladly appreciate the help. Thank you so much for your time reading my question. -Cody
