Ok I have had my phone for almost a year and the warranty is almost up so please hurry! (I have the 2 yr. contract) I drop my phone a lot and lately my phone has been messed up. Some times when I get a text it won't vibrate, and sometimes it will not send/receive texts. Just today I STEPPED on my phone and now the front screen is "cut" in half. 1 side is black the other is white. There is a black oval in the center with a rainbow type of glow to it. It has MANY scratches, chips, etc. on it. And The little thing to cover the place where the charger plugs in is ripped off. One time (when this piece was gone) The battery was fully charged and it shut off. Ever since then, if I shut my phone to hard, my phone will shut off. What should I do? Oh and the battery IS scratched up. If I took it to the Verizon Wireless store what would they do? Let me know! PLEASE HELP ME!!
