help with latin poetry scansion pleeeease!?

can anyone help with scanning these latin lines from virgil's aeneid, book 2 lines 152-3? I'm so stuck it's not as straightforward as the greek!

dixerat. ille dolis instructus et arte Pelasgas

sustulit exutas vinclis ad sidera palmas

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
