Help with K-9 email

I hope someone can help or point me to where I can get help. I am using K-9 email and one of my accounts is up to 570 KB (others are also high but not as bad). There is no mail in the inbox so I think what the 570 KB is trash. How do I get rid of it. Is there any information I can get (read) about K-9 mail.

Thanks for the reply. I was looking for a trash folder and was unable to find any. Last night all of a sudden they showed up and I was able to clean things up.
