Help with interview questions to become an English Language Arts teacher?

Honestly, I suck at being interviewed. I'm a fantastic teacher, but I'm terrible at interviews.

Please help.

**How should I answer the question about HOW I will implement differentiated instruction into the classroom?**

I can google questions that I will be asked, but that doesn't help me with how to answer them. I need someone seasoned in interviewing or being interviewed to help me.

The job is at an inner city Buffalo school that I'm sure has many at-risk students.
