Help with installing flash of Mac OS X?

I got an older Mac recently to try it considering it's the only OS I haven't used. I'm trying to install Flash Player 9 on it, but I don't understand how the heck I do it, Screen shot below should help me explain. This is not as simple as everyone says -.-
Specs are:
Processor: 600 MHz PowerPC G3
Memory: 256mb
OS: OS X 10.2.8 "Jaguar"
