Help with HTML or PHP wtvr quiz thing..?

I have a quiz. It starts with the questions and i have the proper selection things [radio buttons] and then i have ,on a seperate page so far, a bunch of 'if statements' for each question, saying how many points for each answer. If you know what Im talking about, then can you help me finish it? I dont know how to make a submit button thing that connects the if statements and the points and all that together. I dont know if im being very clear, but if u know what i mean, any advice? *please dont direct me to 'usefull' websites*
