so i am making a webpage for my tech class and i am trying to get a picture to move up and down and allternate. i know how to do this and i did it but then i saw that the marquee only alternated a quarter of the page and went back to the top. i tried all sorts of marquee for up and down but the same thing happened. when i tried side by side it worked perfectly. plz help
