Help with html <frameset> tag..?

this is wht i typed buh i still dint get the page y????.......idk nd im cunfused ...need help plzzz......all tht it shows is tht "internet xplorer cannot fynd requested webpg"...=((......

p.s. the frame kumzz buh nthn in it.. =((
