I put one liter of oil 1.05qt of oil in this bike 1990 XR100R. I looked on the dipstick and it was reading way over.Is it alright to ride this bike with the oil over filled and why? I was wanting to know if you are suppose to screw the stick completely in and seat it to check it or take it out clean it and just stick it in, not screw it in. If you could let me know how much oil this bike takes and what oil and brand of oil that is good and cheap to put in it. Thank you.
