help with hair color? (pics inside)?

i'm part vietnamese and part white.
i've gone through so many color changes from blonde, orange, red, purple, black, brown, etc.
and i want to find one color to stick with.

im contemplating either brown with blonde streaks or just black.

don't consider any of these pictures, its just what my face looks like so its a matter of what color suits me.
let me know what you think? serious answers only please.
