Help with gym class please?

Im 14 and starting high school tuesday. Ive avoided gym since 5th grade and I hate it. I dont know the first thing about sports. Im not fat or anything Im thin and healthy, I exercise by myself like running and biking. I love swimming to. But I have never even tried sports because I was fat when I was younger and afraid of getting laughed at. Now Im thin and still afraid, but not of gettting laughed at, just looking stupid because idk what im doing. My friend and I are joining rowing which is cool and next year im doing cross country. But I dont have the first clue what to even do in flag football like if Im on the line or whatever. Im ok playing baseball but Idk what to do if Im in the field or when to run if I hit the ball. I know I sound pathetic but I never gott into sports(I never met my dad so idk if that has something to do with it) I also want to be a Marine but I know what I have to do for that and Im set on joining no matter what.

Could you give me some tips on what to do in football and baseball? I dont mind soccer or hockey or volleyball. Thanks alot.
The class is intro to team sports so Im guessing he'll teach us rules. I might switch periods though because my friends arent in my class
