Help with getting whole new stereo?

I am planning to replace my whole factory stereo system in my 96 Volvo 850 which has 8 speakers 4 5 1/4 and 2 6 x 9 and two tweeters which I can't find the size for and I am very confused as to what amps I need and crossover and such and what to buy plz help with suggestions I like alpine and kicker
