help with ford direct car, not as advertised, cost me 3500. more for new one

they sais would not costanymore? they admitted they advertised wrong ,it had been in paper 5 weeks, i got car through mobility as i am dissabled, lots of probs no alloys no alarm i told them 3 days after the 30 day warrinity, any way they could not fix it ,said cost to much, so they agreed to a another car with alloys alarm that i should have got,as it was cheaper for them to do, they said it would not cost me any more, just 148.00. i went for car and he asked for pin, i did not have , so he rang mobility and i gave permission for him to use, i did not know this was my signuture, also i still had not seen car, anyway there are lots of faults on car broken central locking dinted roof, there was masking tape on door with black overspary, over grey filler primer, which ford do not use also many other little faults, the next day i got letter saying the car had cost me 2100.00 more and the payments had gone up also the money i had payed of other car total 980.00 was gone, no refund nothing as i had car, they were supposed to be helping me but all they have done is cost me3280 pounds more fore there mistakes, so it has cost me, i only got car last week 6 days ago i need help and advice as i have been taken for a fool, i am dissabled and put my trust in the ford dealership, what can i do this is making me really ill, i already had aprob with going out, and getting the car was supposed to help me with my career to get out, what are my rights ?is there anything i can do, i was not told of any increase or that the the fact it was gonna cost me all that money, any help appreicated, i do have the advert,
