That solved the issue...I have the flash part down there wasnt anything to it just didnt have the info to manually program but that solved it..thanks again for all the help

"FlashMoney"?!?! You're doing this for money, even bragging about it. But you've been doing it for years, and you're still completely helpless. AND Looking at your profile, you've never helped anyone, just got online and immediately started asking stupid questions, the answers of which are already in the Stickies (FAQs). I am about to LOLTIP (that's laughing out loud till I puke).
To anyone else helping him and putting up with his lazy a$$: Now I understand why Randomwits, Insaincain, Smitty, and others now give instructions that require PAID software only: it's to weed out $10 flasher a$$holes from destroying the market. These a$$holes also do nothing to contribute to the forums. Now I want to apologize to TonyCortez and Randomwit for ******ing at them for CHARGING for solutions. I want to apologize for ever helping people to use the FREE version of CDMA Workshop, because NOW I finally understand. I had to read this idiot's thread to get it now.
If you daily get a ton of these "yoyo hook a ***** up" $10-flashers who don't even bother to search for the answers ALREADY IN THE STICKIES, and the moRAB STILL manage to politely answer even a fraction of these idiotic, redundant requests, then all I can say is that the MoRAB here on HoFo have SUPERNATURAL PATIENCE and ENDURANCE.
Nevertheless, I never post ******session without contributing something relevant and helpful, so here it is: Cricket *22804 or *228 or *2 or whatever permutation you use, OTASP (Over-The-Air Service Provisioning) will not work if you activate the account using an MEID. OTASP will work if you set up the account using an ESN. It is possible to toggle (that means "switch", if you're too lazy to use a dictionary) the device between using MEID or ESN, but I don't have the time to write this dude a step-by-step instructional (the instructions are actually already in this forum). Instead I will leave that to the supernaturally patient MoRAB who are willing to baby-spoon-feed you.

That is a hilarious post notobacco. I know what you mean about these beggars coming on here with their hanRAB out. However, I would disagree with what you say about OTASP on a phone that is activated with the MEID. I just flashed a couple Samsung Instincts over to Cricket, had them activated by providing the MEID, and then I was able to program them by dialing *22804. The trick with the Instinct for programming via *2 or *22804 is to change the SPC to 0s with CDMA Workshop, then when you open up QPST, change the one time service code and whatever that other code is to 0s also on the first screen that shows up and then it will program via *2 whether it is activated with a MEID or an ESN.
