Help with flashing the BIOS?

I need to flash my BIOS, apparently, to reinstall my old CPU for some reason my pc did not come with a mobo guide so I don't know where the jumpers are. Can anyone help describe them/ link me a clear pic of them, and then explain in detail what I need to do. Are there any other ways to flash the BIOS?
