Help with Exercise Techniques....what to do? (long Read)?

Okay So.. I'm About 5 ft 5.5 .. In some rare cases 5 ft 6. lol.. I am MALE .. and I weigh in at about 185-190 Believe it or not... I always ask people how much they think I was I always get somewhere between 150 - 169.. and I think Its soooo Cute that they think that lol and then when I say I'm pushing Very Close to 200 they get very shocked... lol Now I have Semi Broad Shoulders and Chest I suppose....I look Muscular I look like I work out. I look like a Pump my arms alot..and I look like I'm VERY good at football.. and Truth be told.. That 25 pound dumbbell be killing me after 10 min..and leaves me sore the next day... and football?.. lol Yeah ok....

Since I'm 5.5 I noticed that according to theory I'm like Extremely Obese.. lol... or as the calculator says.. "skating on the edge of morbid obesity" ... So I'm suppose to be any where between 111 lbs and 150 lbs ..lol I think Its funny Because I know My head is going to get Way bigger than it is now.. lol... I use to weight 140... about that yeah... Idk what happened. So I wann lose some pounds before college

I have a Bally's membership (Death sentence I know... but hey at 35 bucks a month and unlimited everything including classes You can't beat it.. although I am thinking about switching to NYSC.. But its 86 bucks I don't have monthly.. Idk that another story lol ) and I was thinking about increasing my Activity..

heres what I'm have been doing 30 min on the bike ( I get up and my ass is killing me) then I got do 1 hour on the Eliptacator. (yup 800 plus calories can't beat it :) ) and then 20min - 1 hour on that running thing.. Idk what its called... lol it has bars and you hold on to it.. Not the treadmill.. (hate that thing I don't like when my thighs rub together and cause friction and produces heat you can fry an egg in.. and then you get itchy.. yuk.) put its almost like the elipticator except it doesn't go up.. its just leveled. and the handels move with you..

ANYWAY... I want to be smaller.. and I want to get into Palates.. but I have no clue what ima be getting my self into and I feel as though People would think I'm too big to do them.. same with yoga. I also Wanna so a Kwando class they offer.. Idk I hear it funner on your weight loss journey when you switch things up.. I was thinking about a spin class but when I think of that I think of heart attack...

Anyway.. I 'm really interested in Palates tho what do you think?... Oh and I guess yoga too.. lol
I was thinking drop some pounds and the start the bending of sexual positions,,, I mean Palates would It be soo bad if I loose some muscle?.. I guess I'll be smaller ?
