help with exercise routine order?

I'm 17 and I go to the gym about 3 times a week (and do pilates too) and normally do the same sort of routine which includes
- about 20 minutes running
- 1000 m on the rowing machine
- 20 minutes on the cross trainer (with 3 minutes of very high intensity intervals)
- about ten minutes on exercise bike
- about 150 reps for arm weights, the same for leg weights

I was wondering if there was a specific order that would benefit me the best? as I alternate, sometimes starting with cross trainer, sometimes starting with running etc. though i normally always finish with weights

I was also wondering if the workout sounded ok, or could be improved in any way?
